Janelle Mullis - Manager of Operations
As a 35 plus year veteran in the event industry, Janelle joined EPI in 2024 as Part-Time staff in the Charlotte region. In November 2025, she was promoted to Regional Manager for the Atlanta & Augusta, GA operations. In 2026, she took on the role of Manager of Operations for Charleston, Atlanta, and Augusta.
Janelle is a US Army Military Police veteran who served overseas and stateside where she served as a Fatal Accident Investigator, a leadership trainer, and was the lead liaison for special event staffing. Janelle has also been an entrepreneur; owning a successful printing business as well as a home improvement firm. Janelle has been recognized both locally and nationally for her achievements and brings a wealth of knowledge to our team overall.
Aside from her military service, she was a lifelong resident of Charlotte, North Carolina but has relocated to Charleston, SC. Her passions include art of all kinds and rooting for the UNC Tarheels.
